I have a question for you! It relates to the current election here in the UK but applies to us all around the world.
Question: What is the right way forward for the world to produce energy?

Nuclear Energy is clean at point of production. It DOES produce an unpleasant by-product but that may actually become a source of raw material for some as yet unknown system of energy or or or or..whatever. Do not be put orff by the stories that Nuclear Waste is going to be left around poisoning the planet for millions of years to come. The engineers and scientists Will find a use for it all one day.
