Steve - this ipad has so much potential! People need to be patient and let the other software company created programs for it. I could see Adobe making a Photoshop program for it. I'm happy that's there's iWork for it. A big plus for me.
I agree Cathy! I can see a larger version in a years time as apps are developed and would allow for a larger screen to show their potential. SO I predict that we will see a new larger screen version either for Christmas or spring 2011...!
It's funny how people are abandoning iPad because it doesn't have a few things, like a camera. Who knows, maybe the camera part wasn't ready. it probably be on the next one anyway.
I also agree, there will be a new version by Christmas. And I'm sure some of the missing things will be on it. It's the first version of it, there's going be a few oops.
It has a ereader and it will have Pages program. That was the two things I was looking forward. I'll probably will get one later this year.
really? you can draw on it... hmmmm maybe a possible purchase for me then. been thinking of geting a tablet so I can do my own vector graphics.... hmmm
I've been thinking quite a lot recently about getting a Kindle or similar. Must admit, the iPad has me wondering if that might be a better buy. If it's okay for ebooks, it'll have much more to offer as well.
