If you have not heard about Twitter, I suggest you take a look at this unique social website where people from all over the world can connect and tweet each other (send a short message).

When you sign up for an account you can change the way your profile page looks.
The wallpaper can be changed with a custom background.
I have designed some that can be purchased for a very small fee or I can do a CUSTOM design for anyone on Twitter, again for a very reasonable small fee.
