Florida is a great place to visit and has so much to offer the visitor looking for an interesting and fun vacation.
This year I am still hoping to make my annual trip to Florida. In two weeks I shall be on vacation with my wife and some friends in Las Vegas, but although we are in the USA, Florida is not part of this trips schedule. We have a week in Las VEgas and then fly up to Minneapolis to visit and stay with our friends Tom and Lisa. While there the four of us are hoping to catch up with Tom Richmond and his loverly wife Anna as they live in the same city.
Depending on plans/work and finances, another short trip to Florida may be on the cards in October later this year. Fingers crossed!
Today I am driving up to Birmingham as I am drawing for the next three days at the NEC for a corporate client. I am on their stand attracting visitors with the chance for a free caricature. Birmingham is a good two hours drive from my house, so I have a bed and breakfast room booked for my stay there. It will be the first time I have been away from my loverly wife for a couple of years. I always try to ensure she can join me on such trips but this time is simply has not worked out and so she has to stay home. I will miss her but I return home on Thursday night.

This photo looks like it was taken at one of their resorts. I find this very curious.
I've been to WDW countless times and I always stop to heckle the caricature artists. I sure would love to encounter YOU in action and make you draw me before I identified myself....that would be funny.
