This cartoon is a fairly straight forward representation of a chimpanzee, there is hardly any exaggeration used.
Some faces have this 'condition', you might say, they have natural features that are already exaggerated.
People who have a face with their features already distorted are a pleasure to draw. They only come along once in a while.
Maybe it is a little upturned nose or a huge chin, there are many ways in which the human face grows, develops and looks out of proportion.
In fact we have tiny differences to our faces that make us unique as individuals, some folks find that their differences can be more exaggerated than others and so have a 'funny' face.
You can look at actors and television celebrities such as Bruce Forsyth, he has a huge chin, to see what I mean!
